(Work)
What changed, and what it was worth.
FloSumo takes on a handful of businesses at a time, so there is no wall of logos here. What there is, is the thinking written down: what the business looked like before, which decisions were made and in what order, and what actually moved as a result.
Most agencies show you the finished website. The interesting part is the reasoning that produced it.

Reed Lifts
Platform lifts, stairlifts and hoists · Gravesend, KentA two-person lift firm that sub-contracted for the big names and had no pipeline of its own. It now has one it owns.
The challenge
Reed Lifts was cash-flow positive on sub-contract work for the biggest names in the sector. The problem was that the pipeline lived on somebody else’s phone. When the larger firms went quiet, the work stopped. A few direct jobs had come in off the back of LinkedIn, but there was nowhere to send anyone who got curious, so every direct lead was an accident nobody could repeat.
What changed
Mapped where work actually came from: sub-contract for United Lift Services, The Platform Lift Company and Only Lifts, with no direct channel of their own.
A new site in fourteen days, mobile first, because every trade enquiry comes from a phone in the back of a van.
A weekly rhythm in Harry’s voice, built out of what he already knows about lifts rather than generic trade posts.
Eight jobs booked in the first two months at £1,000 to £8,000 each. Four of them came from a single post, from one decision maker in Kent.

Every engagement gets documented like this.
Same four parts, same structure, numbers with a source attached. If you work with FloSumo, your business gets written up the same way, and you own the write-up.
How the four parts fit togetherFigures from Reed Lifts: LinkedIn analytics for the 90 days shown, and the live Google Business Profile. Job numbers and values reported by the founder.
No number appears anywhere on this site without a source behind it. Where a figure is reported by the client rather than measured in an analytics dashboard, it says so.
