What the £3,000 website includes
The scope, your part in the project, the delivery window and what we agree separately before the build.
A £3,000 website should be a defined piece of work you can understand before you commit. Here is what the FloSumo website and proof foundation covers, what you bring and where we agree a separate scope.
Start with the business and the offer
The work starts with a 90-minute founder interview and a review of the market and competitors. We look at what you sell, who buys it and which part of the business you want the website to support. That gives the positioning, homepage message and page structure a clear starting point.
You bring the business context: customer questions, useful examples of your work, approved brand material and the people involved in the decision. We agree the access and feedback needed before the build.
The website and the proof
The fixed package includes a custom website of up to six core pages, with copy, design and development. It also includes one detailed customer case study and the reviews, accreditations and other evidence that can be verified and used with permission.
Search foundations, a service and location-page structure, Google Business Profile foundations where applicable, enquiry routes and analytics are included in the agreed project. We choose the actual pages around the business. Six pages should have clear jobs to do.
The Reed Lifts case shows one example of this thinking: a clearer opening message, separate routes into lift services and a more useful enquiry form. It is a demonstration of the decisions behind the work, with dated customer feedback kept distinct from confirmed bookings.
What the 14 days cover
The website, with its positioning, pages, case study, proof and enquiry routes, goes live within 14 days of the founder interview. The four founder-led launch posts follow across the fortnight after the site goes live.
We agree the project dates, content, access and feedback points in advance. You need to check that the business information is accurate and approve the material used publicly. The project calendar shows your part alongside mine.
Product brands: agree the buying route
For a product brand, we work out how the website needs to explain the products and where someone goes to buy. A brand website, a product catalogue and a store with checkout are different pieces of work. Product setup, checkout, shipping, subscriptions and other store integrations need an explicit scope.
Tell me what the buying process needs to do before treating a six-page website as a full ecommerce build. We will agree the functionality and price before you decide to proceed.
What is agreed separately
Paid advertising, third-party subscriptions, photography, video production, major extra sections and material changes to the agreed scope are separate. Domains, hosting and tools sit in your accounts, with their costs made clear in the scope.
Ongoing website, search and founder-content work is available through Growth Partner at £2,000 per month. It is a separate arrangement. You can commission the website as one defined project.
Ownership and the first step
You own the completed website and assets. We agree how your team will edit the site and what the handover includes. The editing route can differ between projects, so we settle it before building.
If you have a clear brief, we can discuss the project directly. If the priority needs working through, discovery is £75 for one hour with me and a short written next step within two working days. Discovery is optional when the brief is already clear.
Send the business, the current site and what needs to change. We can agree whether this package is the right piece of work.
